🛠️ 2010 – 2018: Emergency Service – Spokojné bývanie s.r.o. (Bratislava)
Long‑term cooperation on a 24/7 emergency service for apartment buildings across Bratislava. Handling electrical faults, breakers, lighting, common areas, and technical equipment. Off‑contract cooperation continues to this day.
Result: thousands of successfully resolved interventions and 8 years of intensive real‑world experience.
⚡ 2012: Lightning Protection Reconstruction – Apartment Building, Vranov nad Topľou
Complete reconstruction of the lightning protection system, including grounding inspection, bonding additions, and measurements.
Result: the lightning protection system passed inspection with no defects.
💡 2018: Electrical Installation Reconstruction – 2‑Room Apartment, Bratislava Ružinov
Complete replacement of the electrical installation, including a new distribution board, lighting and socket circuits, and fixture installation.
Result: a modern and safe electrical installation ready for many years of use.
🏠 2019: New Family House – Miloslavov (Electrical Installation + Lightning Protection)
Complete electrical installation, solution design, distribution board installation, lighting installation, and lightning protection system.
Result: house delivered with full documentation and a defect‑free inspection.
💡 2024: Electrical Installation Reconstruction – 3‑Room Apartment, Bratislava Rača
Replacement of old wiring, addition of new circuits, fixture installation, and distribution board adjustments.
Result: a safe electrical installation prepared for higher load.
